Tickets:
Tickets are on sale now! More information can be found HERE. Tickets are limited so be sure to get your ticket(s) soon! 
 
Sponsorship:
The HF committee would like to challenge each member to help raise funds for this event. It is very simple challenge, they ask that EACH OF YOU you call or email ONE friend or business person you know, and ask them if they would be willing to sponsor the event!  HERE is a link to view and download the sponsorship document. Feel free to email it or print it off, and share it with someone you know!  There will also be copies at the weekly Rotary luncheons on the back table. The instructions for returning the form are listed on the document. 
 
Volunteer: 
Volunteer registration is open! HERE is the link with more information. All volunteers that would like to enjoy the Harvest Fest activities before or after their shift will enjoy a discounted ticket price for the event!

SAVE THE DATE! OCTOBER 24, 2024
Harvest Fest will feature an evening of fall harvest culinary delights created by the CIM students paired with a variety of wines, craft beers, seltzers and soft drinks. The Harvest Fest event will provide great networking opportunities, live music, a 50/50 raffle and select silent auction items. Tickets are $85 and are on sale now! 
 
Each ticket provides entry into the event, a signature Harvest Fest glass or seasonal plant provided by Barry’s Greenhouses and Landscaping plus, one free beverage ticket! A cash bar will be available. This community event will provide great networking opportunities and chances to win prizes, all while raising funds to support local charitable organizations through the Rotary Foundation. 
 
 
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES NOW AVAILABLE

Corporate and individual sponsorships are now available. This opportunity will allow businesses and community members to get involved, show local support, and get in front of over 300 attendees including Rotarians, business leaders and key community members. Plus, funds will benefit Muskegon Rotary Foundation (501c3), CIM Scholarship Fund, and the Baker College Rotaract Club.
