Grant Request

First Step: Provide a concise letter of inquiry describing the following elements: a) need for the grant, and how it aligns with the Muskegon Rotary Priorities listed above, b) what the grant will accomplish, c) the population that will be served by the grant, c) proposed amount to be requested from Rotary, d) total anticipated cost of the project and whether other funds have been secured in support of the project, e) how the outcome(s) of the project will be evaluated. Contact information must be provided. Please include in your statement if you have received funding from Muskegon Rotary in the past 5 years, and if so, in what amount and for what project (name of project is sufficient). After review by the grant committee, applicant will be notified if the proposal meets the requirements for consideration of the grant. If so, the full grant request form below should be completed and submitted electronically.
